Three-book deals and awards top SinCNE’s good news

We will be sharing good news as we get it!

In this edition, news from Sherry Harris, Edith Maxwell, Arlene Kay, BA Shapiro and Kate Flora:

Redemption by Kate Flora won the Maine Writers and Publishers Alliance 2013 Book Award for Crime Fiction Thursday night.

The Art Forger (B.A. Shapiro)  has won the 2013 Fiction Award from the New England Society and the Julia Ward Howe award for Fiction from the Boston Author’s Club as well as is a nominee for the Massachusetts Book Award.

Sherry Harris has signed a three-book deal with Kensington Press.

Arlene Kay also signed a three-book deal, with IMAJINN Press, for her new Swann series. It’s scheduled to spread its wings in early 2014

Edith Maxwell’s A Tine to Live, a Tine to Die was released this week.
